• Please remember to attend the WCA Meeting TONIGHT, Wednesday December 9th, 7PM  at the Woodmont Recreation/Pool Building.  Please consider paying your dues if you have not yet for 2015.

 Newsletter corrections & neighborhood updates:

CORRECTION: 

• The Chesterfield Police, Non-Emergency number was incorrect in the newsletter. (The 5 and 2 were reversed)
• The correct Non-Emergency number is:  748-1251.  Please pass this along to any neighbors that may not have computer access or receive this e-mail.
• CAR BREAK-INS/ENTRY:
• Vehicle “entry/break-ins” on Sydelle and Triton have been reported to Neighborhood Watch.  They think the cars may have been unlocked so please remember to lock your vehicles and your home.   Please always report ANY crimes no matter how small to your neighborhood watch Block captain as well as the Chesterfield Police Non-Emergency number.  You may not be the only victim of a crime, and  several seemingly small incidents can mean a more serious problem in the neighborhood as a whole.

VOLUNTEERS:

• We are happy to report we have two new NW Watch Captains. 
• Penrose; Renfro to Huguenot:  New Block Captain:  Hugh Arthur 
• & a new Captain for Traymore to Driftwood: 

• Welcoming Committee:  Suzanne Cousins,  also a NW Captain, has volunteered to Chair the Welcoming committee. 
• Committee volunteers are still welcome to help.

Woodmont Neighborhood Yard Sale

Woodmont Neighborhood Yard Sale

The annual neighborhood yard sale will be held on Saturday, May 2nd beginning at 8AM until 2PM or until you get tired. The WCA will put up banners and some signage at the entrances to the neighborhood and post ads and maps on some newspaper and community websites. Participants are responsible for posting directional signs to your home and for any other advertising you wish to do. Please remember to remove the signs after the sale and don’t leave items curbside that won’t get picked up.  A map of 17 participating homes is attached with many more along the route.  Thank you for participating!

Woodmont Burglary Triton Circle

A burglary has been reported  report that there has been a burglary in Woodmont at the Peters home on 11011 Triton Circle. 

Three bikes were stolen out of their shed  February, 2nd, Sunday  night. 

The owner said they had been in the shed that day and forgot to lock it. 

They asks that we please let people know to lock up any outside valuables. The CCPD has a report and bike serial numbers.

Please keep a look out, neighbors have been able to help find bikes before.

Descriptions of the bikes are below:

- Trek Lexa S (gray w/ teal writing) 2013 road bike
- Gary Fisher Marlin (red w/ yellow writing) 2000 mountain bike
- Trek - I can't remember the model (blue w/ silver writing) mountain bike

 

Please let Neighborhood Watch coordinator, Cassie McLaren, your NW Block Captain or WCA officer know of any incidents you feel should be reported to the neighborhood.
